Enjoy your mornings waking up with Lisa's yoga basics class, where students of all levels can freely participate. Yoga N.O.W. techniques are incorporated into her class...you will focus on the breath, the body and going within. What a great way to start your day!

Community classes are donation-only at Yoga Kamala, so there is no excuse!

Would you like to learn a way to deal with your feelings? When we become aware of our feelings and learn how to manage them, our lives begin to change. We get clearer, people around us react more positively to us, our bodies are healthier. There are so many benefits to learning how to work with our feelings and emotions, and the tools are quite simple. Experience one of our workshops and feel the difference it can make.

Please bring a yoga mat, although there are a few at the studio to borrow
