David has created a method for healing called - Nature’s Own Way. N.O.W. ™ which combines shamanic acupressure, energy, bodywork and a working knowledge of specific herbs. His intuition, along with his ability to maintain a balanced and grounded interaction between himself and his clients, accelerates healing within all bodies of the being. David also uses other modalities to cater specifically to a client’s needs. His work generates immediate results through the gift of circumventing the mental body to release buried feelings. Breathing, feeling without touching, awareness, and release are the most monumental aspects of The N.O.W Method™. This type of healing work helps the client establish the emotional connection to the dis-eases before, during, or even after they manifest physically into diseases. He has found this way of healing to be most effective for self-empowerment and self-healing.
David Berger is author of Breath It Out N.O.W., A cliff notes version of the soon to be published Cough It Up N.O.W. These books guide the reader back to Nature’s Own Way of a healthy cycle of feeling and release. These writings enforce that we are spiritual beings living the human experience which is achieved through our feelings.
Simply put, David knows where you are stuck emotionally. He puts you in charge of your own feelings. Through his intuition and abilities, he facilitates the release of body memory, holding patterns, and feelings trapped within the body that have manifested into pain, fat, or disease. He uses specific mental, physical, and emotional exercises and techniques that he has developed to enforce responsibility for feelings management. This allows for clear communication within the self, with our knowing self and a deeper connection between the conscious and the subconscious.
David has been featured on radio stations in Arizona and is available as a guest speaker or workshop leader for special events. David does one-on-one sessions, group healings, event mini-sessions, phone consultations, and makes house calls to the terminally ill. David will travel if requested.
Please note:
David is not doctor. Any work done with David is based on his own experience in working with the body, both on a physical and energetic level.
Lisa Valle

Lisa Valle has been teaching yoga since 2004, but practing for over 10 years. Committed to health and vitality, her yoga practices are created around healing and nurturing both the physical body and the subtle energies that work within.
Since she started working with David, she now incorporates the healing on a more personal level with each student, by addressing physical and emotional pains they may be experiencing, as well as touching on any lifestyle issues, such as diet/nutrition, excercise, sleep, and going beyond fear.
Coming from a creative background in the hair and beauty industry, Lisa creatively plays with her yoga classes by changing them up to meet the mood and energy of her classes. No class is ever the same, and it is her greatest intention that each class will bring whatever nurturing gifts each individual student requires.
Lisa received her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate in 2004 while working with Martin and Jordan Kirk. She has also received Reiki 1 and 2 certifications. Lisa is always continuing her studies through reading, workshops, and working with masters of various healing modalities.
When not teaching yoga, Lisa loves cooking and nutrition. She has great experience in food/diet, proper food combining, ph balancing, and using food as medicine for healing. Lisa has used nutrition for healing many physical disorders such as candida (yeast), digestive issues, back issues and ammenorea. Lisa enjoys doing a little freelance cooking on the side...her clients rave about the healing vegetarian dishes that she lovingly prepares.
Lisa knows it's essential to find the natural rhythm, balance and flow of one's being in order to heal it. Although that recipe is different for everyone, it is her belief that in order to have optimal health, one must balance and align all four bodies; emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual. One must learn to be in tune with oneself (including the physical body) and take personal responsibility for health and well-being. Together with David, they take students of all levels to their personal edge, which is where the magic happens and change occurs.
Working with N.O.W., Lisa leads yoga workshops that will alter the way any yoga practice can be done. She teaches many techniques to integrate into a yoga routine that heal and generate awareness. Working with Lisa can open many of the doors that can be difficult to access without an amazing, experienced teacher. She offers private yoga sessions as well.
