Roger is a most remarkable man, not only is he da Vinci with an airbrush, he's a designer, sculptor, white water rafter, well the list just goes on. I have had the pleasure of working with Roger on a couple of his mural commissions.

Lisa teaches yoga at the beautiful Yoga Kamala studio located in Spa Lamar in Scottsdale. You can also attend a Yoga N.O.W. workshop on every Friday night there.
The studio is beautifully decorated and has been feng shui'd with lovely statues and incense. Every class includes affirmations to help you create your beautiful life.
Catch Lisa's hatha yoga class every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings at 9am. Some N.O.W. techniques are incorporated into the practice.Community classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays are donation-only, so pay what you can.
