This is a phenomenal piece of work. With this book you basically can heal your life. There is soooo much information, diet plans, how to cook, what to eat, and what not to eat,the list goes on. Includes the eastern philosophies both Asian and Ayurvedic, and targets a vegetarian diet but also includes meat. If your house were burning and you could grab one book, this is it!
