Two steps to breathing, not three

I myself get confused on this breathing thing. I also do the three step process which in all honesty is a lot more work. Wouldn't it be great if we all could work less and get better results?
I have gone to great pains and research on this topic and here is what I have come up with:
Step One: Breathe In
Step Two: Breathe Out
The old routine of breathe in, hold breath, exhale, just got shorter and less strenuous because we have eliminated the middle step. We don't have to hold our breath! That's amazing! Think of all the time and energy you have just saved.

Step One: find an indelible marker
Step Two: Make a fist
Step Three: On the top knuckle of your index finger place a dot
Step Four: Do other hand
The reason you put the dot on this spot of your hands is because you will see it more times in a day then could possibly be imagined. It becomes a focal point,a reminder. See How to Breathe
