To be most effective one must want to change for themself and no one else!

 

If and when you get sick and tired of being sick and tired you will do what it takes to heal yourself.

 

 

 If and when you are really ready to take charge of your feelings instead of them taking charge of you, you have come to the right place.

 

For anything to be effective repetition is necessary. The more you work the tools you receive here the more they will work for you.

 

Body holds memory, so body work is mandatory. Some of the body work can be agressive. Simple physics comes into play here; it takes an equal amount of force to get out what you forcefully buried.

 

Awareness is a force to be reckoned with.

 

Wisdom is awareness and awareness is void of thought.

 

The more awareness (not intellect) you have the easier the work is.

 

MANY THINK THEIR FEELINGS!

YOU CANNOT THINK A FEELING.

 

You will learn to feel your feelings.

 

We all have exactlly the same feelings and respond to them in exactly the same way.

 

You will learn "Feelings Awareness and Feelings Management."

About the Work

 

*The work is done to elicit a response and that response is a feeling. Feelings occur on both the emotional and physical level.

*It will get you out of what is comfortable or familiar. *Brings awareness to the connection between the emotional and physical bodies.

*Disengages the brain in relation to the feelings. The brain is used only to identify the feeling, not feel it.

*To feel the phemotional (the physical emotional connection) and release, not reliving the feelings, you will be feeling things on the way out.

*You will learn the difference between express and release.
